Building Approval and code requirements
We are here to help you and can provide you with the info you need to get your building application in to your certifier if assistance needed. We provide FORM 15 and engineering plans , we even assist with site plans (around Cairns, Mareeba, Atherton, Port Douglas or Innisfail) if required.
Building advice
To save your time and effort, we are here to give you the hot tips and answer your questions as they arise both prior and during the erection process building one of our sheds. As standard we provide plans with details, full bill of materials, fully comprehensive installation manual (if you want to read it!) as well as the manufacturers recommended installation method for Roller doors, windows, PA doors. If there remain any unanswered questions you can rest assured, we will help as we are builders of these sheds also and only a phone call away based in Cairns and Mareeba.
Delivery
In the Far North, we know how annoying it is to wait on products to come from Brisbane or even further away. To avoid that, the steel we use for our sheds is rolled in Edmonton (10 minutes south Cairns) and will be delivered on site to ease things up for you.
